⏳ Warranty Period
Warranty coverage is valid for 6 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
🔄 Replacement Policy (If Manufacturing Defect Is Confirmed)
Option 1 – Replacement of Faulty Part
If a manufacturing defect is identified:
Replacement part(s) will be provided by IndianBabyCradle™ • Customer may be required to share photos/videos for verification • Replacement parts will be shipped at mutually agreed shipping terms
(Availability of parts subject to stock.)
Option 2 – Product Repair / Return Inspection
If necessary:
Buyer must ship the defective part/product to our service facility in India • Shipping charges to India are borne by the buyer • After inspection, repaired or replacement parts will be dispatched • Return shipping charges may apply
If physical damage is found not related to manufacturing defect, additional charges may apply.
❌ What Is Not Covered
This warranty does NOT cover:
Cloth, bedding, or soft accessories • Surface scratches due to regular use • Damage due to improper assembly • Misuse, mishandling, or negligence • Exposure to extreme weather conditions • Rust due to improper storage • Modification or alteration of product • Unauthorized repair attempts • Normal wear and tear
⚠️ Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty will be void if:
Product is altered or modified • Incorrect installation or improper usage occurs • Product is used for commercial purposes • Customer attempts self-repair or third-party repair • Product is damaged due to accident or external force
🌪 Act of Nature Clause
IndianBabyCradle™ is not responsible for damage caused by:
Floods • Lightning • Earthquakes • Hurricanes • Fire • Any natural disaster or unforeseen external event
📦 International Orders
For international buyers:
All shipping charges related to warranty claims are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed • Customs duties (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility • Shipping fees are non-refundable
