📦 Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons, product launches, or festive periods, processing time may extend by an additional 1–2 business days.
Order Confirmation: After placing your order on IndianBabyCradle.com, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Standard Delivery Time: 4–7 Business Days Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout (Free shipping may apply on selected products)
Products are securely packed and dispatched from our manufacturing facility in India.
If a buyer refuses delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes, shipping charges are non-refundable.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A tracking number via email • Courier partner details
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
If tracking does not update within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
P.O. Boxes • APO/FPO addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional charges.
📦 Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:
Incorrect shipping address • Failure to receive delivery • Refusal to pay customs duties
The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
❌ Order Changes & Cancellations
Address Changes: Must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation Policy: Orders cancelled after processing but before dispatch may incur a processing fee to cover administrative costs.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit:
Please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to investigate and provide a suitable resolution (replacement or support as applicable).
